About the flatmates
Elegance meets simplicity. This is not like any other flatmate share. This is professionally setup and managed FOR flatmates. A company dedicated exclusively to flatmate sharing. Providing quality furnishing, proper separation of housemates (with labelling, own trash cans, own plates, cups, knives sometimes all labeled) makes it feel like you are living in your own space like a hotel.
There are house rules. Quiet hours between 11pm and 6am (no making loud noise or cooking extensively late at night). Each room takes turns every weekend using a cleaning schedule to clean common areas (still expected to clean after yourself during the week).
3 warnings for breaking house rules = receive notice to leave. Dirty or bad flatmates receive will their notice to leave.
There is also 1 month probation, during that period 1 week notice can be issued by us to leave. After that period 4 weeks notice on both sides after minimum stay has been reached.
