I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and considerate flatmate who is comfortable living with a dog. We have a friendly golden retriever who absolutely loves people (you’ll spot him in the photos 🐶).
The apartment is fully furnished, so you won’t need to bring anything other than yourself and your luggage 😊

I’m renting out the master bedroom, which includes:
- Ensuite bathroom
- Walk-in wardrobe
- Queen-size bed
- Bedside tables
- TV

💰 Rent: $600 per week

The apartment is located on Ebsworth Street, literally a 1-minute walk to Green Square Station (one stop to Central). There are also bus stops on Botany Road.
You’ll have:
- Woolworths downstairs
- Great cafes and restaurants nearby
- East Village Shopping Centre within walking distance
- Gunyama Aquatic & Leisure Centre (pool + gym) close by

Our place is a super clean, quiet home — perfect if you want to relax after work or study and enjoy a tidy living space.
