You will also have a spacious loungeroom with smart TV (Netflix and stan ) all to yourself with perfect North East aspect and balcony overlooking the dog park for you to sit outside and have a coffee. The loungeroom and kitchen area has reverse cycle air-conditioning.
I have unlimited high-speed WIFI on the NBN which is very reliable and available at no extra cost.
I have 2 burmese cats.
Apartment block has an outdoor pool, and only 200 metres to east village shopping centre (has great Virgin gym). It is a short bus ride to UNSW and Sydney CBD. Also, only 250metres walking distance to Gunyama Aquatic Centre with
5 pools and a gym.
The room is available from sunday 22 februrary 2026. Short or long term stays accepted. Singles and couples will be considered. Couples would be $575 per week.

Hi there I am a communications professional with a great fully furnished apartment 200 metres to east village shopping centre... I also have 2 Burmese cats..
My flat is only short distance to UNSW or A QUICK bus ride into the city. Or a short train trip to both domestic and international airports.
You also have a family size bathroom with bath all to yourself . It is only about 10 steps from the room so it is nearly an ensuite! but not quite. There is a lovely ceiling fan (with light) in your room as well and I can provide linen and towels. I also have a smart TV with Netflix and Stan in loungeroom which you can use, as I watch TV in my bedroom. ALSO a fully furnished laundry with a new washing machine and dryer.
The unlimited WIFI is high speed on the national broadband service. Gas and Electricity are included in the rent. It is a quiet apartment, not a party house
