I am looking for a tidy and considerate female to share my apartment!
The room is furnished with a double bed, built in wardrobes and even a small study nook all to yourself. You will have your own bathroom (bath tub, no sharing)! The apartment is on the 8th floor of a 8 year old complex [Emerald Park]; we have two swimming pools with a sauna/BBQ area and on-site 24 hour security. There will only be two of us living in the apartment and I work long hours (2-3 days in the city and the rest WFH) so you will have heaps of privacy.
Bus stops to the city/UNSW are right at our doorstep (343,304). Green Square Station is about 8 minutes walk so you have great options for public transport. The M1 is a 5 minute drive away.
East Village Shopping Centre is a 6 minute walk / 5 minute drive, there is also a Woolworths and Miracle on the way to Green Square station. Green Square library is also a 7-8 minute walk away. If you love brunching, the complex is a stone's throw away from Alexandria / Surry Hills and there are a couple of parks around including one right next to the complex so you would be in the centre of everything!
No smokers/couples/pets please.
