About apartment:

- 2 bedroom high-rise above Tallawong village with a view
- Shops, places to eat, gym, pharmacy, and other amenities within a few mins walk of building
- 3min walk to Tallawong metro (less if you run) with fast metro links to North Sydney and the city
- Fully furnished apartment common spaces (living room, dining room, kitchenware, see pics) with my own stuff - more than happy to share
- New build (2023), well maintained with modern fixtures/fittings
- Excellently soundproofed
- Street parking (current roomie always finds a space for his sedan)
- In a chill suburban area with not a lot of drama

Your space includes:

- 1x decently-sized bedroom w/built ins - can fit a double bed, side table, and desk with space to spare.
- Your own bathroom (the larger one with the bathtub)
- Storage throughout the apartment
- Your own extra storage in the hallway (see attached)
- Shared secure cage storage in basement for small/mid-sized items (there is also secure space for a motorbike/cycle behind my parking space if you ride).

About you:

- Introverts and Extroverts both welcome
- Would suit a professional working either in the city or the suburbs, but not looking to pay inner city prices
- Goes without saying, but prefer someone clean, tidy, and respectful of other people's possessions and privacy.
- First time renters are welcome!
- LGBTQIA+ friendly
- No smokers
- I don't mind if you party, as long as you aren't always the host

House 'rules':

- Join lease upon moving in and pay bond (see below), lease is until November 2026
- Move-in date flexible for the right candidate
- Need at least 1x reliable rental reference (character reference is fine for first time renters)
- Rental contract has 'no pets' clause
- Rental contract also has '2x occupants max' clause, no couples (sorry!)
