25 mns to lismore or Nimbin.
45 mns to Byron bay.

I am basically renting a fully furnished(or not furnished)bedroom.
$290/week including bills(gas,power,internet
But I reckon I would prefer someone doing work for accomodation,between 10 to 20 hours of work per week.
This is negotiable of course but overall This would rather suits aa mature,independant and unemployed person
There is also a space for a caravan or tiny house.
There is me living here.I work part time as a carer.
There's also a cat.
My 2 kids(10&17)are coming sometimes.
The house is large and comfortable.

Share bathroom,kitchen and the rest of the house.
I like baking,cooking,gardening and kungfu training.

The place would ideally suit a friendly,honest and clean mature person

I am in no rush to find the right lodger/tenant.
