Bright and spacious unfurnished room available from Feb 23rd in our 3-bedroom townhouse in Terrigal—just a 4-minute stroll to the beach, shops, and esplanade. The room features large windows, lots of natural light, and a built-in wardrobe. You’ll be sharing the place with two easygoing, full-time working guys (both 34) in finance and welding. We’re social and respectful of space, and into things like the gym, music, comedy, podcasts, and hanging out when schedules line up. We're looking for someone similar in age—employed, tidy, non-smoking, and down-to-earth—who’s after a relaxed and drama-free home. We split bills evenly and get a cleaner in from time to time. If you have a partner they’re welcome to stay over, within reason. Off-street parking is available, though the garage isn’t included. You won’t need to go on the lease straight away, after 6 months and if everything’s working well, we’d look to add you to the lease after that. We do ask for 4 weeks' notice if you plan to move out. If this notice isn’t provided, part or all of the bond may be used to cover rent for that period. This helps ensure a smooth transition and time to find a suitable replacement.
