Hi, I'm Andrew. If you like a mixture of socialising and quiet spaces, this is the house for you.
Everyone in the house is in their early-mid 20's. Everyone here is quiet and respectful.
I always love to crack a joke, I work hard, and all housemates either work or study full time, so aren't around much throughout the day. Definitely an incredible opportunity for uni students, or early career personnel to be in such an expansive house in such a great location.
(4 mins to Terrigal Beach, 3 mins to Erina Fair, 12 min to Gosford Station)
Erina oval is 1-2 mins away, and most people in the house are sporty, so enjoy using the facilities there, otherwise going for group outings, or going to the beach are common pass times for us all.
