About the property
We have a room available in our 3-bedroom share house available from March, and we’re looking for someone to join our relaxed, social home!
The room is unfurnished and the house has an open plan living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and is mostly furnished - bonus points if you have a dining table or TV!
We’re looking for someone in similar age range (23-30) – working full time, tidy, easygoing, and respectful. Bonus points if you’re up for the occasional wine night or movie hangout.
Rent is $245/week + bills including a car spot in the garage.

We both work full time and enjoy a good balance between socialising and having our own space. We’re always up for a chat, shared dinner, or a drink, but also respect each other’s downtime.
