Footsteps from the Village are Tennis and Basketball courts, bike riding track and a Community Centre with various attractions. Great walks.
Trees in the village offer an abundance of gorgeous wildlife, hense no pets permitted. The grounds have ducks and comical water dragons (lizards). Watching them run on their backlegs, is hilarious. Spring was Beautiful, with all their new babies. So lovely.
I enjoy the Solace, Security - and especially the convenience of the highly soughtafter location of Terrigal Beach and skillian, ovals, parks.. 5 mins in one direction on offer is an abundance of cafes, Fish and Chip shops. Chinese /Thai many more. Fine Dining, The Pavillion a new install. Casual and Fine dining restaurants to choose from. Boutiques, Clubs. Sea, Sand, Surf.
Resorts, bowls, lagoon, fab fishing spots. Sup and paddle boats. List is Endless.
Minutes to a refreshing swim from home. Tennis, basketball, Zimba/ Rock n Roll dancing lessons just for fun short walking distance. Entertainment. Meals. Then walk home to a private Oasis. Although not a palace, (Been there done that in my travels.) This home has character and personality. LOCATION is Key.! Comfortable and clean, easy housekeeping, low maintenance., so long as we clean up after ourselves is all. Its not that hard.
Looking for a likeminded person to enjoy this lifestyle. I like to keep to myself. Love my own space. Also enjoy some socialising. Public transport is regular. 2 mins walk to the stop. 5 mins to Erina Fair under 10 mins to Avoca Beach and Fruit and Vege Barn, horseriding and more recreational and dining experiences.

I respect others space and boundaries and would never enter anyones room or utilise anyones products, food, personal laundry or kitchen items. I expect same Values in return. Looking for Fulltime Externally Employed, independant Gent. 40 yrs Plus. Given this Fabulous Village is in Ideal Location.
I enjoy the watching the local wildlife. I mostly like to keep to myself and respect others, boundaries as well, as I request the same in return and respect for my property and belongings. I Volunteer as A Carer and deciding with my gp on whether to Go back to Case Working Part Time.
Two weeks deposit to hold for short

Should you hold and change your mind. Or just change ypur mind after commititing. Bond will be Forfeited or a portion of bond and or holding fee will happen to cover costs. Current Lodger a Chef. Very rarely here, yet enjoys being close to his new Restaurant.
Hygene, honesty, transparency is Key.
Basically. If we use it, we replace it. Of ots not ours we dont touch it. If we break it we replace, of we open it, we close it. If we dirty it. We clean it.
Housekeeping simple. Home is low maintenance, simple house keeping. Bathroom, floors dishes.
Look forward to meet and greet the likeminded gent. Off street parking. Safe. Bus at door and 5 mins to EVERYTHING you could ask for. 20 mins max to Gosford Rail or Freeways.
Oh and occassional stay overs are fine for short spurts of time. Given the wildlife here. No cats or dogs permitted, Children also village no on a permanant basis.
