About the property
The house is located on the outskirts of Terrigal away from the busy Terrigal center in a quiet cul-de-sac road. But still only a few minutes from the beach, lagoon and shops.
Essentially you will have the downstairs flat space to yourself most of the time. I have a home gym space downstairs that I want to keep set up and use. So, I am looking for a flat mate that doesn't mind me using that space in the afternoons.
Also I don't have a clothes washing machine installed upstairs yet so I will need to be able to use that too (which is in the kitchen).
Otherwise the bedroom the kitchen and mostly definitely the bathroom will be for your use only.
There is separate access down the side of the house to the sliding entry door to the flat.
Just a note I will not accept anyone who smokes or vapes.

About the flatmates
Hi, I live with my son and my dog Peppa. We are all pretty relaxed and very easy going. You might hear any one of us laughing and playing occasionally.
We are active and love to have fun and also relax.
I will be down at the beach surfing or out mountain biking as often as possible. I like walking Peppa in Terrigal.
My son is 9yo and a really great, happy and easy going kid.
He loves making friends and is very social.
I work locally building and managing a business.
