Great fully furnished house in a fantastic central location, walking distance to the shopping center, hospital, cafes and pubs. And only like 3 min on a scooter to the city center.
The house has 2 separate toilets and a downstairs room (was used as a bedroom) for housemate use as an extra living area.
I'm paying for ALL bills and expenses for the house including unlimited Wi-Fi internet, electricity, gas, water, lawn mowing etc. I don't want any housemate issues with bills or anything like that so I'm just going to take care of all that.
