There is a large walk in pantry and generous alfresco with BBQ. Fully ducted heating and cooling throughout this well insulated home. The room has a double bed, desk+chair, smart TV carpet floor and built in robe. Shared bathroom.
We are seeking a single person who is easygoing, clean, quiet and respectful. We are pretty social but also like our own time too. We like to keep a very clean and tidy house and expect a prospective housemate to contribute to their share of cleaning.

I have 15-year-old son who occupies one room in the house about 50% of the time during school term.
Plus one Dachshund dog.
I estimate that over a year I am home about 60% of the time and my son 40% so it is a very uncrowded share house!
