My home is close to Thurgoona Plaza, a park, tennis courts and cafes. It is set on a quiet street in a quiet neighbourhood.
It is roomier than it looks! It has plenty of storage and a spare room set up for guests. I have furnish all shared spaces, so you only need to furnish your bedroom. It is a three bedroom house with a space to park off the street for any potential housemate.
Although there is only one bathroom, the shower/bath are separate to the vanity and toilet which ensures privacy. It is the second unit of 2, so it does not sit directly on the street either.
The property has a small courtyard so may not be ideal for pets.
