About the property
This house is cheap to run as it has lots of solar panels. It is super warm and well insulated. It is easy to keep clean with dishwasher and also has full gas stove which makes cooking easy. I am currently building the outdoor living area and courtyard so will be nice to sit outside in the sun once the weather gets warmer.

About the flatmates
I recently built this house and have been living in Torquay for over 20 years. I surf, yoga and walk and am constantly busy so not at home a whole lot. The other housemate is a 22 year old who works in design and spends a lot of weekend time in Melbourne. We are both clean, tidy, busy, motivated people who like to socialise but also are fine to cruise or chill on our own. We are open to sharing food and get along well. We like and value a clean living space and considerate housemates who are respectful of each others work hours and check in with each other to make sure we’re happy and everything is nice and cruisey. We like motivated people who aren’t just sitting on the couch all day watching TV for hours and hours straight. 🙂
