House is located in Torquay just 300m from the beach and 4km from stocklands. The house is less than five years old with a spacious kitchen and lounge area, and a stunning 7m pool!
The room available is located at the opposite end of the house to mine (we love privacy), with a large wardrobe, your own entry, bathroom and toilet.
Rent is a firm $300/wk and includes water and internet. Electricity is not included, however I do have solar, so the monthly bill isn’t too high.
