Hello! I’m relocating to Brisbane and looking for the right person to take over my lease in a beautiful shared townhouse with two other females in their mid 20s. An application will need to be completed for the real estate and bond will also need to be paid. Move in date will be around March but happy to accomondate if you are needing to move in earlier.

- Fully furnished house (bedroom is unfurnished, with option to purchase the bed if needed)

About the flatmates
You’ll be sharing the home with two females in their mid-20s, both of whom compete in high-level sporting events and lead active, balanced lifestyles.
Meet Caitlin: an ocean sonographer working at AIMS, who loves adventure, brunch dates, early nights and early mornings. She’s a fan of chick flicks and compets in ultra marathons and Ironman events.
Meet Brei: also in her mid-20s, works as an environmental engineer and is a competitive kite surfer that travels internationally to compete for Australia.
Both housemates spend a fair amount of time away at sea or travelling for competitions (sometimes up to three weeks at a time). Because of this, they’re looking for someone reliable and respectful, who’s comfortable helping look after the plants and keeping the house safe while they’re away.
