Guest are fine as long as you tell me in advance and clean up after yourself
I will be living in the house with you so please be sure to read the about me section, however here is a quick summary of where you will most likely see me when I am home.
- I have a gaming setup in the living room near the TV, I can be loud at times however I will of course be courteous when you are watching TV or when it is late at night
- The garage is reserved for my motorbikes and a small workshop where I do woodworking as a hobby, while my car is in the carport, which means that you vehicle would need to be parked on the street
- I intend to hire a cleaner to do a deep clean of everything either once a fortnight or once a month. I do clean up after myself, however sometimes I can be quite busy and don't have time to clean. (You will not need to pay for this)

About the flatmates
My name is Regan, I am 23 years old and I work at the army base at Mount Stuart. Due to me being away sometimes weeks at a time, there will be many nights where you will have the house to yourself.
As for myself, I am very much a gamer and I like doing all kinds of nerdy stuff. I don't go out that often so when I am not working I will most likely be at the house where I also dabble in woodworking as a hobby.
My family is from Melbourne and I will occasionally go back home for a week or two at a time. Needless to say that you will probably spend more time in the house then I do.
