About the property
I’m looking for a housemate (ideally late 20s to early 30s) to share my newly purchased home. The house is fully furnished, has a pool and the available bedroom includes a built-in wardrobe, a queen bed frame but no mattress and exclusive use of the main bathroom (only shared when visitors are over).
I keep a quiet, clean and relaxed home, so I’m hoping to find someone who works full-time, is respectful of shared spaces, and tidies up after themselves. Someone who’s independent but friendly would be a great fit.
