Burdell, Townsville

Seeking a housemate, preferably someone working full time or fifo. You'll have the front room (split system), walk in cupboard, and ensuite to yourself, located at the front of the house. Parking is either in the driveway or the garage. There's also a shed for storage of any toys if needed. There is a media room also for use.
Room includes a single bed, desk, lounge.
Burdell is the best suburb in town. The house is only a short walk from woolies, gym, and the tavern.
Included in rent is unlimited internet.
I just ask that we split the electricity bill in thirds.
I'll pay 2 thirds, you pay the remainder. We do have solar panels so the bill is pretty small.
Rent includes a garden keeper.
House is a 4 bed, 2 bath, media room + shed. Will be sharing with me, my 2yo jack russell, cat (you won't see until night), and my school aged child.
We have a horse so spend most of our times out at the paddocks with her. When home, our rooms are at the rear of the house.
You're welcome to use kitchen items and you will have space in the cupboards and in the fridge/freezer.
I have a cleaner that comes fortnightly, if you want they can do your room too.
