Nice quiet, modern home in great location. I (Ben) am a 38 year old kiwi, also have Mark in his early 30s. We are both very clean, quiet & respectful guys. Barely home so nearly like having a place to yourself. Also have Billie, a French bulldog she’s very well behaved & quiet too.
