About the property
G'day, the house is next to Douglas Park, Roas River and is a short bike ride or walk to JCU and the hospital. There will be 2 rooms available from the 27th of October.
Pictures 1-4 are the room which is currently available downstairs, that bedroom has a private external entry (with its own key), furnished with a queen size bed & mattress, desk, chair & air-conditioning.
6-7 is the room upstairs, double bed also with a table, chair and air-con.
Bed linen can be provided or you can use your own. Non-smoking.
The living area has an A/C, comfy couch and big TV with Netflix, Stan & Kayo. All bills including unlimited Wi-Fi are included in the rent.
There is a bathroom and toilet upstairs and toilet downstairs.
Currently would be sharing with 1 bloke and 1 girl.
