Brand new King single bed/mattress (extra length and width), study desk, chair, bookcase a full length mirror. Room 2 is slightly smaller but also has a king single bed; split aircon, desk and chair. Room 3 has a single bed and is at the rear of the house; also includes desk, chair, bookcase and split aircon. Room 4 is the Master bedroom and is spacious with extra large built-in wardrobe, king single bed, desk, chair, bookcase and aircon. All rooms and communal living areas have ceiling fans. The living area is also airconditioned. Toilet is separate to bathroom. Iron and ironing board provided. Washing machine provided for use with no extra charge; large washing line to dry clothes. Electricity, internet and yard maintenance is included in the rent. House is close to uni, hospital and shops; 15 mins walk to uni. River is short distance with kilometers of walking paths for exercise and relaxation. No need to mow the lawns - this is also included in the rent. Kitchen contains all equipment to cook with including 2 x large combined fridge/freezers. Undercover rear patio to relax and enjoy the beautiful Townsville weather. Non-smokers preferred.
