About the flatmates
Hey! I’m Ned — I own the home but will be away a lot of the time. The room will be available from January onward for 6 month’s so my housemate Alyce will be living there during that time. She works full time, is clean, easygoing, and super friendly, with two well-behaved dogs who are part of the family. It’s a calm, relaxed house with plenty of space, and you’ll be renting my main bedroom with your own bathroom while I’m gone.
