Note: I own and manage the house, but I do not live in the house. I'm a 34 year old construction specialist who works interstate. I'm an avid animal lover and hard worker.
Over the years I have sacrificed more money and time renovating the property then I care to mention. I'm looking to have like minded, clean living, hard working respectful people rent rooms. People who respect the house as if it was theirs.
I go out of my way to help others when I can and I feel I'm extremely fair. I'm honest, respectful and love having a laugh.
I am somewhat picky when choosing potential housemates, id rather go long periods with vacant rooms if it means i wait for the perfect candidate. The dynamic in the house is very chill and there is a high level of mutual respect between current house mates.
