Secure and clean house. Internet and utilities included in price. All white goods available to use freely. House has a good size living area, a media room and a study. All rooms are available to use freely. My dog Dyno is apart of the house package as he is very needy and needs love. Couples will be $450 for the room. House rules are just to be respectful of the house and all the contents as it’s all my personal stuff. Keep your space clean as well as the areas that you use. Bathroom will be mostly yours unless I have guests over. Don’t worry too much about all the listing details. I am very flexible and willing to discuss.
