Quiet street in mt Louisa. about 15mins or so drive to anywhere (city, strand, shopping, uni etc ) bus stop a few minutes from the house. we have a movie theatre downstairs (150-inch screen with surround sound) nice big 10.5 mtr pool and outdoor entertaining area. Recently opened walking trails on mt Louisa hill a few minutes drive, great for exercising. House has fibre internet, smart appliances, Netflix, Disney plus, Amazon, binge etc all covered in rent as well as power and use of everything in the kitchen. International students or visitors are most welcome. House is older but has modern fixtures colour scheme and kitchen. Please note we are a non-smoking house. Thanks.
