3 bedrooms for rent in my beautiful house in ‘The Village’, Oonoonba, just next to Idalia. 10 minute drive to Townsville University Hospital, JCU or Townsville City/the Strand.
Bed 1 is the master bedroom with its own ensuite and walk-in wardrobe ($350/week - available for 3 months).
Bed 2 + 3 both have wardrobes, and will share a bathroom with both a shower and a bath (both rooms $300/week - available for 3 months).
All bills included in the rent, as well as wi-fi, maintenance will be done by myself. There is a double garage which can fit 2 cars. Feel free to message me with any other questions!
Disclaimer: some furniture will be removed and replaced approx. mid February as it currently belongs to someone else; however, you won’t be left a day without any furniture, it’ll be replaced immediately!
