My current housemate is moving on and am looking for someone to share this beautiful townhouse with myself.
You will have your own furnished room with a well kept clean and brand new queen bed, own bathroom with bath and separate toilet plus the downstairs study/ office area with a built in desk area and multiple shelving for personal use or study needs.
There is a powder room toilet on the ground level as well.
The place is fully furnished with energy efficient appliances to help ease the costs of power use.
I'm away 5 out of 6 weeks with my work but home weekends so essentially have the place to yourself for the most part.
Like to keep the place clean, tidy and relaxing and looking for a like minded housemate.
2 kms from city centre and close to all major shopping centres.
