The house is a cute little Queenslander, with a newly renovated bathroom, just a 15 minute walk to Palmer Street, less than a 30 minute walk into the city, and 20 minute drive to JCU. It’s a very quiet area with plenty of free parking on the street and a large veranda overlooking the park.
The room is furnished, has lots of storage, and comes with a fan and brand new aircon (not pictured).
You’d be living with myself (34 year old female from the UK), one other female housemate, and my large inside rescue dog who is extremely nervous of new people, especially males. It’s really important to me that my housemates are genuine animal lovers and will be patient with my dog as she gets to know you 🐾 Due to her nervous nature, the room is not suitable for couples, men or other pets.

I’m Carey, I live in my 3 bed property with my dog. I work full time Monday to Friday, occasionally from home. I’ve travelled a lot over the years and would be happy to share adventure stories over dinner occasionally, or just keep to myself if preferred. I spend my free time crafting, reading, or going out camping and hiking when the weather is good.
