About the property
It’s tucked away in a hidden little crescent with no back neighbours as it back on to an oval, this also means the room I want to rent out is on the back side of the house and it gets the best breeze in the house! It makes the room so much cooler.
There’s storage room under the house if you also want to store stuff.
The other bedroom I have I don’t have plans to rent out as of yet so it can be used as a spare bedroom for family or friends for either tenant
