About the property
So the apartment is located in Travancore Sienna apartment. There are 2 tram stops roughly 100-200m from the apartment. There is an IGA below the apartment building, anytime fitness close by. CBD is about 20mins and Airport is roughly 20-30mins.
The bathroom has a combined shower/bath and will be shared. I do have a washing machine and dryer that is available for use otherwise there are a few laundromats located close by.
Room is in a 2 bedroom apartment with built in wardrobes. Currently the room is unfurnished however I am happy to assist with purchase of a bed on confirmation of moving date.
- Parking: there is general/visitor parking available below. Some other residents rent out their car spaces, for example there was a guy renting his spot out for $35 per week but if you visit you can see what spaces are available in the building or near by and compare prices as there is technically only one spot per unit. I currently park down stairs so we can share the spot when/if needed 😊

About the flatmates
I’m looking for a polite, respectful, and considerate housemate who enjoys a relaxed and comfortable home. Preferably a student or professional female in their late 20s/early 30s. You’ll need to be happy living with pets, as I have a mini dachshund named Gus 🐶
I work from home two days per week, so someone who’s okay with that would be ideal. I enjoy watching and playing sport, but there’s absolutely no expectation that you need to be into it too.
The room currently is unfurnished however a double bed can be purchased on confirmation of move in date etc.
It would be great to live with someone who’s happy to occasionally chill out together watching a good TV show or movie, while also respecting each other’s space. Being clean and tidy in shared areas is important, and I’m looking for someone who’s mindful and considerate of others in the house.
Overall, I’m hoping to find someone easy-going and respectful who wants a friendly, low-drama place to call home.
