I live in one of the original Display houses, which is now a contemporary family home used as a share house.
The house is located very close to a bus stop, and close to a major Train Station – perfect for an e-scooter or bicycle ride in a few minutes, or a 20-minute walk. The station of course does have a huge carpark too. Commuting in any direction from the house is a breeze.
The major Gateway Shopping Centre is located at Cockburn Central, not far from the train station. The Cockburn Central area contains almost every imaginable shop, service, and takeaway restaurants, petrol station, and also Bunnings, Spotlight, and Furniture shops as well. You have no need to travel more than 2.5km for any normal needs.

The share house is a clean and pleasant environment in which to unwind and relax in peace with like-mindedly respectful and easygoing housemates (max 3 people). A perfect blend of comfort and practicality in which you can be yourself.
You are welcome to pursue your own interests and entertain your friends, in agreement with the other housemates.
The house is a well appointed 4 bedroom family home with many extras included in the common areas, all for the use of the housemates. It is literally completely furnished and you only need to have your clothes and personal effects to indulge yourself in luxurious living.
Common facilities included in the rental are:
• All the utilities (gas, lights, water)
• Unlimited internet wifi, Netflix and other streaming services
• Use of quality wifi printer (replace inks, paper, if do extensive printing)
• Luxury Chef’s kitchen including:
o fridge, convection microwave, induction cooktop, large oven, dishwasher, rangehood, double sink, stone bench tops
o All cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery, glasses, pots and pans
o Toaster, kettle, airfryer, mixer, other food processing equipment, ice-cream maker, Nespresso machine (use appliances only if fully cleaned after)
• 10 seater table in open plan kitchen/lounge/dining area
• Family lounge with comfy 6 seat sofas, and 75 inch TV
• Theatre room with two x 2 seat recliner sofas, and 75 inch TV
• Both TVs with Netflix, Stan, Stan Sports, Prime
• Activities room shared between the two tenants – suitable for computers and gaming or other activities as preferred by tenants
• Ducted air conditioning to all rooms
• Undercover patio with smokefire BBQ, two outdoor table and chair suites, electric blinds for weather protection. Great for entertaining in all weathers! (clean BBQ if you use it. You will need to buy fuel pellets)
• Outdoor firepit deck with seating around, in neat garden setting – great for entertaining!
• Small landscaped back garden for some quality early morning/evening moments.
• Driveway parking (2 cars) can be used by tenants. Cars with oil drips to park on street.
• 1 driveway parking can be upgraded to an in-garage parking for an additional $25/week. Please note that this leaves only one parking available on the driveway, to allow access to the garage.
• Beer fridge in garage
• Laundry with large washing machine, drier, ironing board and steam-iron.
• Common area has an automatic room cleaner machine for light regular cleaning. Tenants to clean up their own messes. Tenants to clean their own rooms to ensure privacy.

Available Rooms
Both available rooms share the second bathroom. The bathroom contains a full-size bath, shower, vanity and cupboard, heated towel rail, and there is a separate toilet.
The tenants will have the use of towels (wash your own towel).
