The room is large and there is potential to choose between 2 large rooms. The rooms are downstairs one is the size of a very large living room which you can see the river and then other looks out to the garden.

The home is large and spacious with 2 large living spaces, one which overlooks the Tamar River and the mountains to the east with plenty of natural light, as well as 2.5 bathrooms. It is on a quite street with lovely neighbours. We have a garden with beds which you can grow your vegetables.

We are looking for a housemate who relates to our style of living and shares similar values in the home. We are having a baby and so there will be an infant in the home. We aren't in a rush to find anyone and are more interested in the finding the right person who'd fit in and sees the importance of having good people around. We are a quite and very clean house where everyone is incredibly respectful and mindful of each other when it comes to noise, cleaning and personal space. But we love to catch up and share a dinner or board game, and we all pursue different hobbies but all love the outdoors. We don't own a television. If you don't also value these things highly it is not worth messaging.

We may also consider couples at extra cost. There is alot of space and may even have both large rooms available to you.
