- 5 min walk to Tuggerah Westfield
- 3 min drive to Tuggerah train station
- 1 min drive to the M1
- 10 min drive to Ourimbah Campus
- 15 min drive to Shelley Beach
The area is tucked away in a quiet cove of sorts, surrounded by bush and great neighbours.
Everything in the house is stocked and available for you to use inc. kitchen appliances, cutlery, pans/plates, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, fridge, TV, lounge etc. So, you would just need to bring your bed and clothes/linens! Of course, we can make room if you want to bring your other stuff too.
All bills inc. Wi-Fi will be included in the rent.

About the flatmates
We currently have two people staying in the house, Malakai and Joel.
Malakai is a 24 year old carpenter, who enjoys the outdoors and the gym so is typically out of the house most of the day/night. Joel is a 24 year old accountant that works in the office during the week and enjoys gaming and cooking when at home.
The boys are social guys, but really easygoing and typically keep to themselves. This place would suit a student or working professional who has a similar personality.
Each room is being rented out for $240 / week with all bills included (inc. internet).
