House is on 2 floors, all available rooms are carpeted, furnished and situated on lower floor with bathroom and toilet share (with a max. of 2 other people).

Lower floor also has kitchenette, laundry, sunny back garden and covered alfresco seating area.

Owners live in private accommodation on upper floor with their own bathroom. We are relaxed and sociable.

A lovely place to be - great for surfers and walkers.

• Room 3 ($197) - Room with double bed, facing sea views. Dedicated cupboard space.

Electricity and water costs are shared, payable weekly/fortnightly/4-weekly (@ $15/week), adjusted up or down as bills come in, based on actual bills.

Rent is paid in advance with a returnable security deposit equivalent to 4 weeks rent. Weekly/Fortnightly/4-weekly payments accepted to suit your own pay cycle.

Happy to start with an initial 3-month or 6-month period, which can be extended assuming all parties agree. We are hoping to find a good fit and have a long-term arrangement - but are open to adjusting duration as needed.

We are looking for honest, quiet, respectful people, with appropriate income and good referrals. You must be clean and tidy and be able to pay all costs promptly.
