One bedroom available in a beautiful townhouse located just behind Coolangatta in Tweed on a quiet street within walking distance of shops, cafes, and the river. We are a 5-minute drive from Coolangatta and the beach. We are also super close (5-minute drive) to Southern Cross Uni.
The townhouse has three bedrooms. The bedroom available is unfurnished, has a shared bathroom with both a shower and bath.
We have a separate laundry as well as a nice private outdoor space.
Our home has easy access to the M1, close to public transport and on-street parking is available.
We are renting through a private landlord and split electricity and internet bills monthly between the 3 of us, usually averaging $60 per person a month.
