I'm a nice quite older guy with a 6 month lease that I will renew in February 2026 for hopefully 12 months. I have been here 4 months and am keen to stay however my flatmate is moving out in February 2026 so the room is available TODAY FOR THE NEXT 3 WEEKS ONLY. So if you are looking for a short stay place or holiday at half normal rates this is for you!
The room is in a 2 bedroom apartment on level 14 both rooms have their own ensuites, so your bathroom is yours. The layout of the unit gives us both privacy and our own balcony space, as all the rooms face toward the ocean. Parking is free undercover within the resort so although there is no defined space you can always get a spot and the lift goes direct to the floor. The only things we share is the kitchen and the lounge room. The room has its own TV and a large walk in wardrobe that doubles as some storage space.
The unit is very nice fully furnished and on level 14 with ocean views 2 minutes walk to the beach. Currently rent is $400 per week with internet and bills included. The unit is well designed open plan with bedrooms at both ends so we have our own space. I keep it tidy hope you do the same. I don't cook much as not a gourmet and don't like too much in the way of cooking smells or waking up to a mess and lots of dishes. The unit has a dishwasher and washing machine that we will share.
I am a non smoker but love a glass of wine. I rise early work from home most days and fall asleep early. I would like to have a chat before committing to anything, too much to say in txt!
It’s 5 star high level unit with spectacular views and 2 mins walk to Coolangatta beach. I'm quiet and I work from home mostly. As the unit is part of the resort you get full access to the 2 resort pools, gym and everything the resort has all for free!
For those without a car the bus stop is at the door and goes north and south free every 10 minutes. Most of what u will want are an easy walk and all the major shops are located within easy walking distance.
