About the property
My fully furnished room is available for rent for a month while I'm still away travelling. Room is available starting from Thursday 5th February.
Nice 3 Bedroom house located in Tweed Heads, 5 mins walk to all the shops, Dbah and Greenmount.
Plenty of storage space available in basement underneath house also plenty of parking spaces in backyard.
Fairly cruisy household, not really a party house but have no issues having friends over for a few drinks ect ( given your friends are cool )
Preferably looking for someone between 20-30 that works or studies ( or both )
You will be sharing the house with two girls,
Jess 26, works as a nurse, spends most her time at the beach, gym and hanging out with friends, super cool & nice chick.
And also Danika, 24, school teacher, spends her time surfing, gym, hanging with family and friends, also a ripper chick.
Both girls are very clean to live with.
Rent is $265/w and two weeks worth of rent for bond ( $530 )
Bills are separate to rent.
Wifi is available but not included in rent.
