House is right by the river with a nice view. Beautiful walking path.

Sharing house with 1 wonderful lady in her 70s, she is very active, has lots of hobbies and she is a nice person to talk to.
Looking for a person with no any bad habits, clean, mature and tidy. Not a party house. Early nights
