About the flatmates
A bedroom is becoming available in our share house. It's a three bedroom town house a few minutes walk from Kirra beach and close from pretty everything (university, the strand, surf spots, etc..).
We are two independent working adults (one male, one female) in our early 30s into gym, surfing and with a healthy life style ; the house is smoke free and pet free as well.
Looking for someone anywhere between 25 and 40 year old who's chill, clean and social and also respect everyone's down time, ideally staying long term; lease has just been signed for a full year.
If you have your own furniture for your bedroom that's a plus but not deal breaker if you don't.
