My home is in an ideal location, as it’s close to all amenities - shops, medical, dental, movie theatre, post office, bus, beach, river, restaurants, fast food, clubs, etc
There are two bedrooms. One is a king single bed room and the other a queen bed room.
The larger bedroom that is available is $400/wk It has solid oak furniture. The wardrobe has sliding mirrored doors. The floors are thick solid oak. There is an Persian carpet on the floor and rugs. There is a tv and Bose stereo in the room. The room overlooks the backyard garden and there is direct access to the backyard through large sliding doors.
The king single room has big windows looking down the street with a patio area in the front. It’s nice and sunny in the mornings. There is a tall boy and side table, lamps, small desk, bookcase and chair in the room, curtains, tv, and solid wood furniture, a Persian carpet and solid oak floors.
There is a green grass private backyard which you can sunbathe in or relax. You can play Tabletennis too. You can grow plants and veggies, etc. The house has been almost completely renovated, so it is modern and clean with new appliances and furnishings.
There are three living areas where you can relax and watch tv. I am in a gated area, which means there is little traffic noise and you feel very safe here as well. It is a very clean and tidy neighbourhood. There are two beautiful pools in the complex.
I have a small dog, which is clean and friendly. I like living in a relaxed and happy environment. So come and enjoy your time here. It’s a beautiful home and I love keeping it looking lovely.
I just had full house water filtration installed and central air conditioning installed.
