I live alone in a large 4-bedroom house inside a secure gated complex, and I’m offering up the MASTER BEDROOM with private ENSUITE.

The room is massive, it easily fits my super king bed (pictured on the ground) and comes with its own air con, full-length mirrored sliding wardrobe, and a glass sliding door that opens to the backyard.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished.

The ensuite is all yours, no sharing, so you’ll have heaps of space and privacy with a large shower.

I have my beautiful 3-year-old daughter here a couple of nights a week, so I’m after someone who’s respectful, clean, and okay with that. Her comfort and safety matter more to me than anything.

My current housemate is moving out at the end of January and I will update the photos of the room once she’s gone.

The house has a big open-plan living area, great kitchen, and a very large fenced backyard. I’ve also got a small gym and ice bath setup if you’re into that sort of thing!

The complex has awesome extras too- a big swimming pool, sauna, gym, and BBQ area, literally right across the road from my place.

The complex is in a great little spot, nice and quiet, but super close to everything. Coolangatta Beach is less than 10 minutes away, along with heaps of shops, cafes, and gyms nearby.

Just looking for someone with similar values and positive vibes.
