About the flatmates
Two rooms for rent, in a 3 bedroom house. You are welcome to use the third room if you need some office space.
Both rooms are available immediately, Looking for somone till end of April at a minimum, happy to extend longer.
Open to a couple taking the larger room and then you can have the place to yourselves.
The smaller room is circa 3m x 3m
- queen bed,
- large set of drawers,
- lamp and ceiling fan, you are welcome to change the furniture if you wish.
The larger room is circa 4.5m x 3 and has large built in sliding wardrobes, drawers and ceiling fan.
The house is super clean, there is cleaner thats comes once a fortnight if you wish to take that over, else we can organise a rosta.
It is a shared bathroom, new sink toilet and shower, currently almost finished the renovation so should be better than pics in a few weeks. Extra toilet in garage.
Currently working on creating a garden outdoor area too (should be finished end of Jan)
No smokers please! Just looking for nice, clean respectful people. I do DJ on weekends at private events, so music lovers most welcome, but this is not a party house.
You will need a car here as I live up a steep hill.
