- private ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower
- your own split AC and a walk-in wardrobe
- double garage with your own space
- great location for hospital staff, only a 5 minutes drive away
- short distance to shopping centres and easy to drive in and out of town to bypass traffic and the infamous roundabouts
- peaceful and safe area located near the end of a cul-de-sac with no through traffic. Been drama-free in a year of living here.
- the local park and surrounding area are great for walking and running - very fam friendly vibes
- stayed dry during the 2025 floods
- big kitchen with AC, gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and ample storage space
- laundry with washing machine and a dedicated west-facing 'dry room'
- living room featuring a 4K android TV
- 500mbps nbn
- the lawn needs mowing every few weeks.. there is a large nature strip so it takes some effort. We will take turns, though it’s needed less often during winter

About the flatmates

I'm 26 years old, work in healthcare full-time. I’m clean, considerate, and value a peaceful environment to come home to. I'm very used to living in a sharehouse after living in one in Adelaide for four years with a 'clean as you go' habit keeping shared spaces tidy.

Outside of work, I’m usually unwinding with a good show, gaming, or fitness.

It's important that we can share duties fairly, respect each other's space, and maintain a friendly, relaxed atmosphere.
