Fully furnished, private , spacious size bedroom with own bathroom, ducted AC throughout all rooms Internet, electricity all included.
I work from home and in an office Mon-Fri. Keep fairly quiet after hours and on weekends.
I’m fairly fussy about cleanliness, especially kitchen and bathrooms to be kept clean at all times.
