There are potted plants, which I can remove or can be taken care of and enjoyed on the decking.
Definitely no smoking on the premises, including the house, garden, front lawn ; anywhere.
There’s a shared kitchen and lounge, with a large outdoor decking space that has electronic blinds.

Owner will be living periodically on the property in the detached bungalow with a small well-trained dog. Side access is shared. There’s a three-person spa which the owner will keep in good condition, the use of which would be negotiable and a small charge might be applied to replenish chemicals, as used.
