Good location, 200m walk to beach, 6 mins drive to local shopping centre, 20 mins to Mandurah station, 1hr drive to Perth CBD and Airport.

We have a house of working professionals who are all busy. Mix of males and female all easy going and mature age. Looking for housemates that would suit and are working, not a party house sorry.
