About the property
We are a household of professional women, with a room available early March, as our housemate moves on.
We are early to late 20's with a mix of work and study. all working full time or combining work and study. We have a variety of schedules. We're a friendly household, who respect boundaries, and are looking for similar.
We're all new to the area, having moved to the area for work. We enjoy a friendly share house, where we can share an occasional meal, have a chat after work and plan to explore the area, while understanding we all have a lot on!
Looking for people who are:

• Pet free household (Allergies!)
This lovely home has great natural light throughout. A recently renovated bathroom, large backyard with apple and pear trees and close to everything in Warrnambool.
The household has all the appliances and furniture ready for move in, while having room for you to bring any favourites. We have outdoor storage, with space for any hobbies, surfboards, etc.
The room includes a bed and mattress, with ability to bring own small furniture.
Please note, the price includes all bills, and we are only meeting women for the space.
