Room available in an ideal location - central and near the beach (Flume). Would suit a full time professional, full time student (also working) or hospitality worker. The house is fully furnished. Your room has your own toilet and vanity and is large room with ocean views. The shower and kitchen is shared. Owner has approved for me to share with one other so if it’s a couple would need to be exceptional and obviously more expensive. You would apply through my property manager as an approved tenant. Happy to discuss anything but price is firm for one, as negotiated with owner and property manager. I also have a very new whippet puppy, currently in training, so you need to be comfortable with that. Ocean views and a large backyard in a relaxed household with a full time professional. I have lived many years in Europe (Copenhagen and Berlin mainly) and in parts of Australia such as Noosa and Geelong. I enjoy DIY, cooking, live music, listening to legal and psychology podcasts, and the outdoors. Summer will be great with BBQs and the beach.

There is an extra small room that I’m not renting, so can be some storage room. I work full time. Would prefer someone who has/is travelling and has lived out of home before.

For me calmness and respect is number one. I don’t deal with chaos at home or loud noise. Independence is important for me but also the chance to form a meaningful connection would be available for the right person.

I’ve lived in many different countries as a backpacker and worker so would love someone likeminded.
